Properties

Tyrosine

α-Amino-β-(n-oxyphenyl)propionic acid) is an aromatic α-amino acid.

It belongs to the group of proteinogenic amino acids and is a component of many natural proteins and enzymes, in which tyrosine plays an important role in regulating their functional activity.

Tyrosine is a precursor for the synthesis of a number of important biologically active substances, including catecholamines (dopamine, adrenaline, norepinephrine), thyroid hormones, and the pigment melanin.

L-tyrosine reduces symptoms of depression, relieves stress, and plays an active role in the metabolism of serotonin, a key molecule in the regulation of ejaculation.

Phenylalanine

(α-amino-β-propionic acid) is an aromatic α-amino acid.

It is similar in chemical structure to the amino acid alanine, but one of its hydrogen atoms is replaced by a phenyl group. It is an essential amino acid, participates in several key biochemical processes in the body, increases the subpopulation of endorphin receptors, and stimulates the production of endogenous endorphins.

L-glutamine

An amino acid containing nitrogen, it is necessary for the normal functioning of the body.

In the human body, L-glutamine synthesizes proteins and participates in the production of glutathione, glucosamine, and vitamin BZ (niacin).

L-tryptophan

Vitamin B6

It consists of three compounds: pyridoxine, pyridoxamine and pyridoxal. In the body, they are converted into each other and, combining with two residues of phosphoric acid, form pyridoxal phosphate - a coenzyme form of vitamin B6, thanks to which it is a part of many enzymes and catalyzes various transformations of amino acids and other nitrogenous compounds.

Magnesium

The physiological functions of this substance in the body are diverse. Magnesium is a structural component of about 300 enzymes. Protein biosynthesis occurs with the direct participation of magnesium ions, which are necessary for the implementation of the amino acid activation reaction. A number of vitamins, including B6, are known as magnesium synergists.
