Ingredients: iron in the form of lipofer (iron pyrophosphate, corn starch, soy lecithin) – 14 mg, vitamin C – 60 mg, vitamin B12 – 0.3 mcg;

excipients: food gelatin, calcium phosphate bicarbonate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide.

Properties

Sideral is a biologically active food supplement developed on the basis of Lipofer, which is an innovative source of digestible iron. Sideral contains ferric pyrophosphate in liposomes, as well as vitamin C and B vitamins.

Liposomes are phospholipid microspheres that serve to fully absorb iron, which is absorbed directly from the intestines, without damaging the mucous membrane of the stomach and intestines. The new patented liposome technology avoids side effects usually associated with iron supplements: heartburn, intestinal irritation, bowel disorders (constipation, diarrhea), staining of the oral mucosa and tooth enamel.

Iron is a mineral necessary for the synthesis of the protein hemoglobin, which is found inside red blood cells (erythrocytes) and is the main carrier of oxygen to all cells of the human body.

Iron is also present in myoglobin and respiratory enzymes.

Iron deficiency leads to iron deficiency anemia, caused by a lack of hemoglobin and a decrease in its content in red blood cells.

Iron deficiency prevents the normal enrichment of blood with oxygen and contributes to the appearance of symptoms such as fatigue, apathy, dull hair, brittle nails, drowsiness, difficulty breathing, and others.

In chronic iron loss from the body, iron deficiency anemia occurs when iron stores are depleted and erythropoiesis (the process of red blood cell formation) is impaired. This is usually preceded by a long period of latent (asymptomatic) iron deficiency, when most laboratory values are normal, but iron stores are already depleted.

Vitamins have an additional positive effect on the body.

Vitamin C has antioxidant properties, protects cells and tissues from the harmful effects of free radicals, prevents the oxidation of fatty acids, increases iron absorption, plays an important role in collagen synthesis and strengthening immunity, and helps activate folic acid.

Vitamin B12 participates in the synthesis of red blood cells and increases the ability of tissues to regenerate.

Indications for use

Recommended as part of complex therapy in all cases of iron deficiency:

Dosage and use

Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal. Wash down with plenty of water. Duration of use up to 1 month.

Storage conditions

Store in the original packaging in a dry, dark place, out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
