Composition
Combination of herbal powders and extracts, per 1 capsule:
licorice root powder (Glycyrrhiza glabra) - 100 mg (mg), extract (10: 1) of verbena herb (Verbena officinalis) - 75 mg (mg), extract (10: 1) of primrose roots (Primula veris) - 50 mg (mg), extract (10: 1) of sorrel herb (Rumex acetosa) - 50 mg (mg), extract (10: 1) of black elderberry flowers (Sambucus nigra) - 50 mg (mg), extract (10: 1 ) of large-leaved gentian roots (Gentiana macrophylla) - 20 mg (mg), extract (5: 1) of reed bamboo shoots (Bambusa arundinacea), containing 25% silicon - 10 mg (mg).
Excipients: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell) - 75 mg (mg).
Dosage form
Dietary supplement. Herbal remedy for normalizing the functional state of the paranasal sinuses and facilitating breathing in inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
Pharmacological properties
The extract of the roots of the primrose (primula) contains saponins, aglycones and vitamin C; it exhibits cough-relieving, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic properties. The extract of the flowers of the black elderberry contains glycosides, essential oils, choline, rutin, carotene, etc., which have secretolytic, antibacterial and antiseptic properties, promotes the normal functioning of the paranasal sinuses, strengthens the immune system. It helps to normalize the work of the ciliated epithelium of the bronchi, restores drainage and ventilation of the paranasal sinuses. Eliminates swelling of the nasal mucosa. Biologically active substances of licorice have an expectorant, anti-inflammatory, enveloping effect; they enhance the functional activity of the epithelium of the respiratory tract, contribute to the dilution and discharge of sputum from the paranasal sinuses, and reduce cough. Verbena herb extract has a complex activity, which is manifested in secretolytic action, anti-edematous, anti-inflammatory, immunostimulating effects. It is a source of flavonoids, thanks to which it contributes to the normalization of the immune system function. It also has an antioxidant effect. Biologically active substances of the extract of the herb sorrel have antibacterial, secretolytic and anti-inflammatory effects. Gentian large-leaved has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. Glycosides also have an antispasmodic effect. Fibers of bamboo shoots have anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, tonic, expectorant and antipyretic properties.
Indication
It can be recommended by a doctor for use in dietary diets as a source of a complex of biologically active substances of plant origin in order to normalize the functional state of the paranasal sinuses and facilitate breathing in inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs (rhinitis, pharyngitis, acute and chronic sinusitis), inflammatory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract, as well as to increase immunity in seasonal colds.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

Method of administration and doses
Adults and children over 12 years of age should take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day after meals, with a large glass of water.
Duration of use: up to 4 weeks; longer duration of use and the possibility of repeated courses should be agreed with the doctor.
