Description of components.
Gentian root extract (Gentiana Lutea L.) contains alkaloids, including gentianin, bitter glycosides, flavonoids, catechins, gentianose trisaccharide, pectins, resin, fatty oils, ascorbic acid. Increases bronchial secretion, has antipyretic and antibacterial properties. Also has pronounced immunomodulatory, antiallergic and strengthening properties for the entire human body, improves digestion.
Extract of flowers of the verbena (Verbascum thapsus L.) has anti-inflammatory, enveloping, expectorant and softening effect in cough and inflammation of the mucous membrane of the throat and bronchi. It has a calming effect, similar in its effect to lemon balm, hops and valerian roots, helps to lower blood pressure. It has antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, has antiviral effect against some types of influenza virus and herpes simplex virus type I. Elderberry flower extract (Sambucus Nigra L.) contains a number of organic acids, ascorbic acid and other compounds with biological activity.
