Active ingredients
Beta-sitosterol – a component of vegetable oils, a biologically active substance – in the human body participates in the metabolism of arachidonic acid and ensures the full synthesis of prostaglandins, prevents the binding of dihydrotestosterone and androgen receptors in the prostate. Beta-sitosterol has antisclerotic, antiproliferative and antibacterial properties. The inclusion of phytosterols, in particular beta-sitosterol, in the diet helps to reduce the level of total cholesterol and β-lipoproteins in the blood serum, and thus reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. Saw palmetto berry extract contains biologically active compounds, in particular fatty acids, sterols, flavonoids, thanks to which it helps to maintain a healthy prostate gland, facilitates urination, reduces burning and the number of urges to urinate, and also has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
Stinging nettle root extract serves as a source of substances beneficial to the body, including: vitamins C and K, B vitamins, macro- and microelements (Si, Fe, Cu, Mn), organic acids, flavonoids, alkaloids, oils, thanks to which they have hemostatic, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties.
Zinc plays an important role in the development of reproductive organs and prostate function. Zinc inhibits the enzyme that controls the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone and maintains adequate levels of the sex hormone. Zinc deficiency can lead to impotence, increased susceptibility to infections, infertility, and prostate diseases.
Selenium promotes the formation of antibodies and, thereby, increases the body's defense against infectious and cold diseases, helps maintain and prolong sexual activity. Selenium is consumed with ejaculate, therefore, in men who lead an active sexual life, the need for this trace element is higher than in women. Method of application
Adult men should take 1 capsule twice a day before meals in the morning, with water.

- excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate; capsule shell: gelatin.
Storage conditions
