Composition

1 capsule contains: fish oil - 1009 mg (eicosapentaenoic acid - 33%, docosahexaenoic acid - 22%), coenzyme Q10 - 10 mg, vitamin E - 1 mg (1 IU).

Excipients: gelatin, glycerin (E422), purified water.

Properties

Omega-3 PUFAs are structural components of cells of the cardiovascular, nervous, immune systems, and retina of the eye and are necessary to maintain their normal functioning.

EPA and DHA are of great importance for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases due to the hypolipidemic, antiatherogenic, antiplatelet, hypocoagulant, vasodilating, and moderate hypotensive effects they exhibit.

Omega-3 PUFAs contribute to:

reducing the risk of myocardial infarction and stroke due to antithrombotic properties;

reducing TG levels, as well as VLDL and low-density lipoproteins, which provoke the development of atherosclerosis;

slowing the growth of atherosclerotic plaques;

a slight decrease in blood pressure.

Deficiency of omega-3 PUFAs in the body (in particular EPA and DHA) is one of the causes of the development of atherosclerosis and related cardiovascular diseases.

The high content of omega-3 PUFAs in the organs of the CNS, i.e. the participation of these substances in the processes of transmitting nerve impulses and improving blood flow in the capillaries of the brain, helps improve mental clarity, memory, orientation, reduce dizziness, and fatigue, which helps increase mental performance.

Omega-3 PUFAs help improve emotional stability, reduce feelings of anxiety, restlessness, mood swings, and reduce the likelihood of developing depression.

Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is one of the most important coenzymes in the human body. Its main function is to provide all cells with energy. Coenzyme Q10 is a catalyst for the synthesis of ATP - a universal source of energy in the body. It is primarily necessary for the normal functioning of the heart muscle, which bears the greatest energy costs in the body. Coenzyme Q10 helps to normalize blood glucose levels and regulate lipid metabolism. metabolic syndrome;

to prevent premature aging;

to increase immunity;

to increase performance, endurance, general strengthening and healing of the body.

Method of administration and doses

Adults and children aged 12 years and older should take 1 capsule per day with meals.

The course of use is 30 days. Further duration of use and the possibility of repeated courses should be agreed with the doctor.
