The Smart Omega® Teenager dietary supplement is an additional source of important substances, the deficiency of which can be caused by increased consumption of omega-3 and antioxidants during increased stress and strain or their insufficient intake due to an unbalanced diet (insufficient content of sea fish, vegetables or fruits in the diet).

Active ingredients

Omega-3 PUFAs are essential substances that are not produced by the body. Omega-3 PUFAs are structural elements of neurons - brain cells, retina. By incorporating into cell membranes, they return them to a semi-liquid consistency, while significantly improving the conductivity of nerve impulses. A sufficient amount of omega-3 PUFAs is required for the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, which is especially important for children during the period of active growth, under high loads. Omega-3 PUFAs contribute to the normalization of lipid metabolism, regulation of vascular tone, as well as improving mental performance, concentration and memory. Blueberry, eyebright, goji berry extracts are sources of antioxidants that protect optic nerve cells and photoreceptors from damage and destruction. Lutein and zeaxanthin are key elements of the part of the eye responsible for central vision and visual acuity. The function of lutein is to protect the eye from dangerous light, especially the blue part of the spectrum. Therefore, a sufficient concentration of lutein prevents eye damage when working with screens of devices that emit such light - computers, tablets, televisions. Zeaxanthin improves visual acuity, complements and enhances the effect of lutein. At the same time, they also accelerate the processing of visual information in the brain.

Indications for use

Taking Smart Omega® Teenager is recommended for:

increased educational workloads; visual strain when working with monitors, smartphones, computers, tablets and other light-emitting devices; decreased visual acuity; eye fatigue; problems with eye adaptation to low light conditions; for the prevention of the occurrence and development of eye diseases.

Indications for use

It is used as a dietary supplement for children over 12 years of age and adults, as an additional source of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) omega-3 (eicosapentaenoic / EPA / docosahexaenoic / DHA /), antioxidants from extracts of eyebright, goji berries, and anthocyanin lutein.

Should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the following recommendations should be followed.

Method of administration and recommended daily dose

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use the dietary supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
