Sniper multi-profile test for the detection of 10 drugs

The "SNIPER® 10" test cartridge is designed for the simultaneous detection of 10 drugs (marijuana, cocaine, morphine, methamphetamine, amphetamine, phencyclidine, methadone, ecstasy, barbiturates, benzodiazepines) in urine.
Features
The test is based on the immunological mechanism of competitive binding. The process of competitive binding with a limited amount of free antibodies on the pad at the site of sample injection occurs between the drug or its metabolite, on the one hand, and the antigens covering the nitrocellulose membrane, on the other.
Input method
Sample collection and storage
The urine sample should be collected in a clean container. The samples should not be mixed.
Samples should be stored at room temperature (15-30 °C) for 8 hours, at 2-8 °C for 3 days, and for long periods at 20 °C.
Urine samples containing a clear precipitate should be filtered or centrifuged and then allowed to settle.
Only clean samples should be used.
Refrigerated samples and other materials should be brought to room temperature before testing.
Method of application
Remove the test kit from its sealed packaging and place it on a flat surface.
Mark the urine sample number on the test kit.
Remove the cap from the test kit and perform the dip or drop test:
Immersion method:
Dip the end of the test kit into the urine sample for 10 seconds; immerse the test strip in the urine until it flows into the window labeled "sample well", but does not rise above the vertical arrows marked on the test strip. Time the time; Remove the test from the urine after 10 seconds; Replace the cap on the test kit and place it on a flat, dry surface; Record the test result between 4 and 7 minutes.Drop method (recommended for small amounts of urine sample):
Place the test kit on a clean and flat surface; remove the pipette from the bag and draw a sample into it; holding the pipette vertically, drop 10-12 drops of urine into the well on the device on one side, marked "sample well", avoiding air bubbles entering the well; turn the test over to the other side and drop 10-12 drops of sample into the well, pipetting urine to the marked mark; time; Record the test result between 4 and 7 minutes.Interpretation of test results
WARNING! Do not consider results obtained after 7 minutes from the start of the test. Do not compare the color intensity of the lines of one test with the color intensity of the lines of another test.
Positive result. The absence of a line in the T zone and the presence of a line in the C zone is a positive result for the drug. A urine sample with a positive result must be tested with a more sophisticated method before a final report can be made. Negative result. If lines appear in the C and T zones, the test indicates that there are no drugs in the sample or that the content of the relevant drugs and/or their metabolites in the human urine is below the cut-off level. A very thin line in the T zone should be interpreted as a negative result. Invalid result. If a line in the C zone does not appear within 4 minutes after any line, the result is invalid. Repeat the test using a new test kit.Result:
two lines (C and T) - drug is absent; one line (C) - drug is present; no lines or one T line - test must be repeated.Precautions
The test is intended for professional in vitro diagnostics only.
Always follow the instructions for accurate results.
Do not open sealed test packets immediately before testing.
Do not use the test after the expiration date.
Dispose of samples and used materials in accordance with current sanitary regulations.
