Solemax 2000 capsules No. 30
Composition
1 capsule contains: active ingredients: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 50 mcg (µg) (2000 IU (IU)), vitamin K2 (menaquinone, MK-7) - 75 mcg (µg), fish oil containing omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids - 400 mg (mg) (which includes eicosapentaenoic acid - 72 mg (mg), docosahexaenoic acid - 48 mg (mg)).
Functional properties
- Vitamin D3 regulates the metabolism of calcium and phosphates, which contributes to proper bone mineralization. It is necessary for the functioning of the parathyroid glands, intestines, kidneys and skeletal system. It plays a significant role in the absorption of calcium and phosphates from the intestines, in the transport of mineral salts and in the process of bone calcification, regulates the excretion of calcium and phosphates by the kidneys. The concentration of calcium ions affects a number of important biochemical processes that determine the maintenance of skeletal muscle tone, participate in the conduction of nervous excitation and affect blood clotting. Vitamin D3 is also involved in the functioning of the immune system, affects the production of lymphokines.
- Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) regulates calcium deposition in bones by activating K2-dependent proteins that transport calcium to bone tissue, thereby improving calcium uptake into bone tissue and preventing calcium deposition in the urinary tract and vascular walls. Prevents osteoporosis. Stimulates the growth of dental dentin. Reduces inflammation in affected joints by reducing the level of C-reactive protein. Useful for mental activity. In combination with vitamin D3, regulates calcium balance in the body. Vitamin K2 exists in several chemical forms. Among these forms, it is menaquinone MK-7 that has a higher level of digestibility, provides a better and longer level of concentration in the blood, which is important for correcting vitamin K2 deficiency.
- Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) - eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are essential fatty acids. They are not synthesized in the human body and must be supplied from the outside. When omega-3 PUFAs enter the body, the synthesis of VLDL and LDL is inhibited, and their excretion with bile improves; omega-3 PUFAs contribute to the prolongation of blood clotting time, the reduction of platelet aggregation ability due to the competitive displacement of arachidonic acid from cell membranes, which is the main substrate for the synthesis of prostaglandins, thromboxanes and leukotrienes. Omega-3 PUFAs contribute to peripheral vasodilation, a decrease in blood viscosity, an increase in erythrocyte fluidity, and an increase in fibrinolysis. By integrating into the structure of cell membranes, omega-3 PUFAs return them to a semi-liquid consistency, while significantly improving the conduction of nerve impulses. Omega-3 PUFAs provide the body with energy, improve memory, intellectual abilities, and reduce the tendency to depression, anxiety, and mood swings.
Solemax 2000 can be recommended as an additional source of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), vitamins K2 and D3 to normalize the functional state of bones, the cardiovascular system and metabolism in general in case of deficiency of vitamins D3, K2 and PUFA, osteoporosis and bone fractures, hypertriglyceridemia (primary and secondary), dyslipidemic syndrome, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes, arterial hypertension; it is also advisable to use it for preventive purposes.
Recommendations for use
- can be used as an additional source of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), vitamins K2 and D3 to normalize the functional state of bones, the cardiovascular system and metabolism in case of deficiency of vitamins D3, K2 and PUFA;
- can be taken for preventive purposes to improve metabolism in bone tissue, increase bone density, reduce the risk of fractures and promote faster bone tissue recovery in case of fractures;
- also helps normalize lipid metabolism (reduce triglycerides and cholesterol in the blood).
Method of administration and recommended daily dose
Adults should take 1 capsule per day with meals. The duration of treatment is determined individually by the doctor.
Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Solemax 2000 should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
