Contains vitamins of group B for comprehensive support of the whole organism. Vitamins of group B are necessary for normalization of vital functions of an organism, implementation of all metabolic processes, including release of energy of food substances. Vitamins of group B are especially important for the central nervous system.

Vitamin B1, or thiamine, is responsible for memory, concentration, cognitive function, and stress resistance. Thiamine is involved in the digestion of proteins, carbohydrates, and fatty acids.

B2, or riboflavin, is a substance that participates in the division of nerve cells, hematopoietic cells, hemoglobin synthesis, and is involved in maintaining twilight and peripheral vision, immunity, and the health of the skin and mucous membranes.
