Composition:

Active ingredient: 1 tablet contains microbiological lipase with enzymatic activity of 3000 fip units;

Excipients: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone 25, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, methacrylate copolymer dispersion, talc, titanium dioxide (E 171), propylene glycol, sunset yellow FCF (E 110).

Dosage form.

The film-coated tablets are enteric-coated.

Main physicochemical properties: round tablets, coated with a light orange to orange color, with convex upper and lower surfaces. When broken, when viewed under a magnifying glass, a core surrounded by one continuous layer is visible.

Pharmacodynamics.

Solizym Forte replenishes the deficiency of pancreatic enzymes. Lipase, which is part of the drug, hydrolyzes fats (to glycerol and fatty acids), contributing to a more complete absorption of substances in the small intestine. When using the drug, the digestion process is normalized, the functional state of the digestive tract is improved.

Pharmacokinetics.

The tablets have a protective coating that is insoluble in the acidic environment of the stomach, which prevents the enzyme from being destroyed by the pH of gastric juice. Dissolution of the coating and release of enzymes begins in the duodenum.

Indication.

Dyspepsia, consumption of hard-to-digest fatty foods, flatulence, which is associated with the above disorders, acceleration of the passage of food in the intestines of a functional nature.

Contraindication.

The use of Solizima forte during pregnancy or breastfeeding is possible only in cases where the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus/child.

Method of administration and doses.

Tablets should be taken orally during or immediately after meals. Swallow the tablets whole, without chewing, with a small amount of liquid.

The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets 3 times a day. The drug should be used for digestive disorders as needed.
