Recommendations for use
Soluro Duo Acute is recommended as an additional source of biologically active substances to normalize the functional state of the urinary tract against the background of infectious processes in the kidneys and urinary tract (urethritis, cystitis, pyelonephritis); in the remission stage to prevent relapse; asymptomatic bacteriuria; urolithiasis; after instrumental interventions on the urinary tract (cystoscopy, urethroscopy, lithotripsy, etc.); during antibiotic therapy to enhance their effectiveness; to prevent the development of inflammation of the mucous membranes of the urinary tract.
Properties
Soluro Duo Acute is a highly effective herbal uroantiseptic for use in diseases of the urinary system. Due to the synergistic action of carefully selected components, Soluro Duo Acute effectively protects the urinary tract from the penetration of pathogenic microorganisms, ensures the health of the bladder mucosa, promotes detoxification of the body and prevents the formation of stones in the kidneys and urinary tract. Cranberry extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon) contains proanthocyanidins, flavonoids (quercetin, kaempferol, myricetin, hesperidin), organic acids (benzoic, ursolic, quinic), tannins, vitamins: A, C, E, PP, group B; pectins, macro- and microelements: potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron. Proanthocyanidins contained in cranberry fruit extract prevent adhesion (sticking) of E. coli and other bacteria to the mucous membrane of the ureter and bladder by blocking P-fimbriae, and have a high concentration in urine, which prevents the formation of biofilms. Also, proanthocyanidins are able to affect the separation of P-fimbriae from the bacteria themselves. This effect contributes to the rapid elimination of infectious agents, preventing colonization of the urinary system by microorganisms and the development of inflammation, in order to prevent relapses of the disease. The active components of cranberries enhance the effect of antibiotics and other antiseptic drugs used for urinary tract infections. Cranberry berry extract promotes acidification of urine due to the content of quinic acid - an acidic compound that is not destroyed in the body and is excreted unchanged in the urine. Increasing the acidity of urine reduces the likelihood of combining calcium and phosphate ions, which are involved in the formation of insoluble stones, which, in turn, reduces the risk of stone formation. Ursolic acid, which is contained in cranberries, has a diuretic effect. In people with kidney stones, cranberry fruit extract reduces the amount of ionized calcium in the urine, which provides a pronounced preventive effect on stone formation. Pectic substances of cranberries form insoluble compounds with heavy metals and radionuclides (lead, strontium, etc.), contributing to their excretion from the body and general detoxification. D-mannose is a monosaccharide that is practically not metabolized in the human body. About 90% of D-mannose is excreted unchanged in the urine. D-mannose has antimicrobial and fungicidal properties (mainly against Escherichia coli, Candida albicans). D-mannose slows down the adhesion of bacteria to the walls of the urinary tract epithelium, binding to them and causing them to be excreted with urine. D-mannose does not affect carbohydrate metabolism and does not increase blood sugar levels, so it is safe for people with diabetes.
