Composition
1 hard capsule contains: GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid); St. John's wort (St. John's wort extract with maltodextrin); dry hydroalcoholic valerian extract; magnesium bisglycinate; microcrystalline cellulose; melatonin; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B12 0.1% (maltodextrin, sodium citrate, citric acid, cyanocobalamin); capsule: gelatin, dyes (titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow).
Active ingredients (1 capsule contains): GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) - 175 mg (mg), St. John's wort (St. John's wort extract with maltodextrin) - 100 mg (mg), Valerian hydroalcoholic dry extract - 62.5 mg (mg), Melatonin - 3 mg (mg), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 1 mg (mg), Vitamin B12 0.1% (maltodextrin, sodium citrate, citric acid, cyanocobalamin) in terms of vitamin B12 - 1.5 mg (mg)1.5 μg (µg).

Description
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, helps alleviate unpleasant sensations when changing time zones. Melatonin is a biogenic amine synthesized from plant amino acids, which is responsible for regulating many biological functions (including the process of falling asleep and waking up). Melatonin helps normalize natural sleep, adapt the body to changing time zones, slows down the aging process of the body, ensures the effective functioning of the endocrine system of the body, stimulates the protective functions of the immune system of the body. It has an antioxidant effect, helps the body fight stress and the onset of seasonal depression. Regulates the work of the cardiovascular system and blood pressure, participates in the work of the digestive system of the body. With age, melatonin production decreases, which leads to sleep disorders: night awakenings, sleep becomes unstable, insomnia. Melatonin does not accumulate in the body. Additional melatonin intake will help regulate and improve sleep, may have an anti-stress effect (improves mood and mental state). GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) has a natural calming effect; reduces feelings of anxiety and fear. An amino acid that is the most common inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system (CNS). GABA is a natural antagonist of the excitatory mediator glutamate, as well as a nutrient substrate for nerve cells. Improves attention, motor and emotional control functions. Optimizes oxygen and glucose consumption by nerve cells, improves energy metabolism of neurons. St. John's wort extract has an antidepressant effect, increases serotonin levels in the central nervous system. Magnesium bisglycinate. In the intestine, it is broken down into ionized magnesium and glycine. Glycine is one of the twenty amino acids that make up proteins. Glycine is one of the main neurotransmitters in the CNS. Improves metabolism in the brain, regulates the activity of glutamate receptors, thereby reducing psycho-emotional tension, aggressiveness and conflict, improves mood and social adaptation, optimizes falling asleep and night sleep, stimulates intellectual functions, and helps restore vegetative balance.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal mental activity, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen, normal functioning of the immune system, contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin B6 stimulates physical performance, supports the function of the nervous and immune systems, helps reduce low-density cholesterol in the blood. Participates in protein metabolism, in the synthesis of amino acids and neurotransmitters (substances through which nerve impulses are transmitted).

Method of administration and doses
30 minutes before bedtime, consume:
adults and children over 12 years old 2-3 capsules;
Do not chew the capsule, drink plenty of water. Maximum daily dose – 3 capsules. Other daily doses – as recommended by a doctor.
