Description
Lorde Hyal is a sterile solution for inhalation and intranasal administration that facilitates breathing by thinning and improving the excretion of secretions from the nasal mucosa of the upper and lower respiratory tract in patients with inflammatory diseases of the respiratory system due to the osmotic effect.
Hypertonic sodium chloride solution (3%) - a natural and safe inhalation mucolytic. Also contains hyaluronic acid - for additional softening and moisturizing of the mucous membrane, as well as reducing the irritating effect of hypertonic saline solution during inhalation.
Lorde Hyal is primarily indicated for patients with coughs with:
laryngitis;
tracheitis;
cystic fibrosis;
bronchitis;
bronchiolitis;
bronchiectasis;
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Lorde Hyal is also used for acute and chronic diseases of the nasopharynx, nasal cavity and sinuses, adenoid hypertrophy in children, year-round and seasonal allergic rhinitis to reduce swelling of the mucous membrane, thin secretions and facilitate breathing.

Composition
1 ml of solution contains:
sodium chloride - 30 mg;
sodium hyaluronate - 1 mg.
Contraindication
Lorde Hyal is contraindicated in cases of increased individual sensitivity to the components of the solution.
Method of application
Use with an inhaler.
Inhalation of the solution can be carried out using a nebulizer using a special face mask, mouthpiece, mouthpiece-nipple, or nasal cannula.
When used in children: used in children from birth. Use from 1 to 4 ml of solution. The dose, duration and frequency of use are determined by the doctor.
For adult use: use one container 2 times a day. If necessary, the frequency of use can be increased to 4 times a day.
Prepare the nebulizer for use:
Open the plastic bag and remove the disposable container. Make sure the container is not damaged. Do not remove the container from the bag unless necessary.
Shake the container you removed. Leave the other containers in the plastic bag and place them in a cardboard box.
Holding the container by the top edge, turn the bottom side to open the container.
Insert the container into the nebulizer with the open end down and press lightly. Make sure the solution flows into the nebulizer.
Assemble the nebulizer and use it as intended. After use, wash the nebulizer and dispose of any remaining solution according to local waste disposal requirements.
Intranasal administration.
Children under one year old - 1-2 drops in each nostril 2-3 times a day.
Adults and children over one year old - 1 - 3 drops in each nostril 3-4 times a day.
Adults. Before starting the procedure, wash your hands with soap and gently clear your nasal passages of secretions by blowing your nose quickly. To prevent the solution from leaking out, lie down or sit down and tilt your head back, then instill the solution. After instillation, it is advisable to lie down with your head back for 2 minutes.
Children. Before starting the procedure, wash your hands with soap and gently clear the child's nasal passages of mucus. Drop the solution into each nasal passage. When instilling into the right nostril, the child's head should be thrown back and tilted to the left, and, conversely, the child's head should be tilted to the right when instilling the left nostril. After instillation, the child should be seated and help clear the nasal passages of liquefied mucus.
Side effects
Patients with individual intolerance to the components of the solution may experience allergic reactions.
In some cases, hyperemia of the nasal mucosa, cough or bronchospasm may occur.
Reservation
The mixture is intended for use only by inhalation or intranasal administration.
