Stressnol is recommended for normalizing the functional state of the nervous system during prolonged psycho-emotional stress, increased irritability, and stage I hypertension. It helps improve memory and memorization. It has mild sedative properties.

Magnesium is an important element for the metabolism of substances in the body. It is necessary for ensuring many energy processes, including the metabolism of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, nucleic acids, and in the process of neuromuscular excitation.
