Composition
1 tablet contains mg (mg): magnesium lactate – 470, vitamin B6 – 5, excipients: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Description
The Mg + B6 stress complex compensates for magnesium and vitamin B6 deficiency.
Our nervous system is sensitive to magnesium levels in the body. Its decrease can cause anxiety, irritability, fear, as well as insomnia and fatigue, decreased attention and memory.
Magnesium (especially in combination with vitamin B6) has a normalizing effect on the state of the nervous system during emotional stress, depression, neurosis. This is no coincidence, because stress (physical, mental) increases the need for magnesium, which causes intracellular magnesium deficiency.
Magnesium strengthens the nervous system, increases resistance to stress, prevents muscle cramps and weakness. It helps reduce fatigue, helps our brain work and has a positive effect on mood. On the other hand, low magnesium levels can provoke depression.
Magnesium is involved in over 300 chemical reactions in the body. It is a vital element that is present in all tissues of the body and is necessary for the normal functioning of cells. Adults take 2 tablets three times a day with meals.
