Instructions for use SuperOptik Aqua eye drops 5 ml No. 2

Composition

Composition: 1 ml (ml) of solution contains:

sodium hyaluronate – 1.0 mg (mg), sodium chloride – 5.5 mg (mg), boric acid – 6.0 mg (mg), hydrated sodium tetraborate – 0.663 mg (mg), disodium edetate – 0.5 mg (mg), 20% polyhexanide solution – 0.01 mg (mg), highly purified water.

Recommendations for use

SuperOpticTM Aqua – moisturizing eye drops that provide effective and long-lasting eye hydration.

SuperOptic™ Aqua eliminates dryness, irritation, tiredness and grittiness in the eyes that occur due to:

due to exposure to irritating environmental factors, such as: dust, smoke, UV radiation, high indoor temperature (e.g. from central heating, sauna), air conditioning, wind, chlorinated water, cosmetics;

when blinking frequency decreases due to prolonged watching TV, reading, working at a computer, or driving a car;

with a decrease in the amount or disturbance of the composition of tear fluid, including dry eye syndrome, as well as age-related changes in people over 40 years of age;

when using contact lenses.

Method of application

For instillation into the conjunctival sac.

SuperOpticTM Aqua moisturizing eye drops are instilled into the conjunctival sac 1-2 drops 3 to 5 times a day or as needed.

Wash your hands before using the eye drops. Remove the cap from the bottle. Do not touch the dispenser tip as this may cause contamination (dirt) of the contents of the bottle.

Tilt your head back slightly, pull your lower eyelid back slightly with your finger and drop SuperOpticTM Aqua into the conjunctival sac. Close your eye to evenly distribute the solution over the surface of the eye. Repeat the same for the other eye.

Tighten the bottle cap tightly after each use of eye drops.

If symptoms of irritation and dry eyes persist or worsen despite the use of eye drops and the absence of an irritant, you should stop using the drops and consult an ophthalmologist.

SuperOpticTM Aqua eye drops can be used while wearing contact lenses of various types.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of SuperOpticutm Aqua.

Reservation

Before first use, make sure the bottle is not damaged and has not been previously opened;

Do not use if the solution has changed color or become cloudy;

Do not mix with other solutions;

If moisturizing eye drops are used simultaneously with ophthalmic drugs, SuperOpticTM Aqua should be used last, after a 5-minute break;

People who wear contact lenses are advised to consult an ophthalmologist before using any eye medications.

Application features

It is necessary to consult a doctor before use during pregnancy, during breastfeeding. The use of drops in children should be carried out under the supervision of adults and on the recommendation of a doctor.

In case of transient visual disturbances after using SuperOpticutm Aqua, you should refrain from driving a car or operating machinery that requires increased concentration and reaction.

Side effect

SuperOpticTM Aqua is well tolerated. Conjunctival redness, burning sensation, or temporary blurred vision are rarely observed. If prolonged discomfort or irritation occurs, discontinue use of the moisturizing eye drops and consult an ophthalmologist.

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºC, out of the reach of children.

Expiration date

2 years. Use within 8 weeks after first opening the bottle.

Do not use after the expiration date.

Release form

5 ml (ml) in a bottle with a built-in dropper and a screw cap with tamper-evident lid. 1 or 2 bottles with instructions for use in a cardboard box.
