Composition
Active ingredients: 1 tablet contains: yellow gentian root extract 5:1 (Gentiana lutea) - 50 mg (mg); common gentian flower extract 5:1 (Verbascum thapsus) - 50 mg (mg); black elder flower extract 10:1 (Sambucus nigra) - 50 mg (mg); verbena herb / extract 5:1 (Verbena officinalis) - 50 mg (mg); andrographis paniculata leaf extract containing 98% andrographolides (Andrographis paniculata) - 25 mg (mg); primrose flower with calyx extract 4:1 (Primula veris) - 20 mg (mg); sorrel herb extract 4:1 (Rumex acetosa) - 20 mg (mg).
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose (filler); tablet shell ingredients: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (thickener), polydextrose, calcium carbonate (dye), polyethylene glycol (antifoaming agent), talc (anti-caking agent), iron oxide - yellow (dye), riboflavin (dye); magnesium stearate (stabilizer), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Description
SYNERGIN - a herbal preparation for use as an additional source of phytoextracts to regulate secretion and possibly reduce tissue edema. Has a positive effect on restoring drainage and ventilation of the paranasal sinuses, eliminating nasal congestion, normalizing the protective function of the respiratory tract epithelium. Increases the effectiveness of antibiotic therapy.
SYNERGIN is a combined herbal preparation that can be used for the prevention of diseases such as rhinitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, bronchitis, sinusitis, sinusitis, otitis media and other diseases of the upper respiratory tract, as well as for therapy together with medications.
The active components of SYNERGIN have the following phytotherapeutic characteristics and properties:
- Yellow gentian (Gentiana lutea), gentian, ginjura - can improve bronchial secretion, facilitate phlegm removal, has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. In folk medicine, it has long been used to treat bronchitis, pneumonia.
- Common wormwood (Verbascum thapsus) - contains iridoids (aucubin, catalpol, isocatapol, methylcatalpol, algol, harpagid, harpagoside), flavonoids (luteolin, isorhamnetin, quercetin, quercitrin, quercimyretrin, rutin), caffeic acid derivatives (verbascoside). alkaloids, coumarins, steroid and triterpene saponins, polysaccharides (mucus), essential oil, phenolcarboxylic acids. In phytotherapy, it is used to relieve swelling and inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, suppresses coughing attacks, and has a bronchodilator effect.
- Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) - the flowers contain concentrated glycosides samunigrin and rutin, essential oil, tannins and ascorbic acid. They are also a natural source of organic acids - malic, valerian, chlorogenic and caffeic. It has a diaphoretic, anti-inflammatory, expectorant effect, and reduces body temperature in hyperthermia.
- Verbena officinalis - the above-ground part of verbena contains essential oil, verbenalin, verbenin, aucubin, hastatoside, silicic acid, bitterness, tannins, ascorbic acid and other vitamins, flavonoids, triterpenoids, steroids. The main properties of verbena: astringent, diaphoretic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, wound healing, analgesic, expectorant, antispasmodic, antiallergic, antipyretic, antipyretic, tonic and tonic.
- Andrographis paniculata - a plant traditionally used to treat various infectious diseases in the days before antibiotics. Andrographis paniculata is able to increase immunity by stimulating the body's natural immune functions. Andrographis paniculata enhances immune function by producing white blood cells, increasing the release of interferon, and aiding healthy lymphatic system activity.
- Primrose (Primula veris), primula - contains triterpene saponins (5-10%), glycosides (primulaverin, primverin, primulagenin), essential oil (0.08%), carotene. The leaves contain saponins (up to 2%), flavonoids, carotene. The flowers contain saponins, flavonoids, essential oil. All parts of the primrose contain a significant amount of vitamin C. In particular, the leaves contain up to 6% ascorbic acid, and the flowers - up to 4.7%. It has a general strengthening, immunomodulatory, tonic effect, improves well-being and performance.
- Sour sorrel (Rumex acetosa) - contains oxalic acid, vitamin C, proteins, sugars, carotene, quercetin, vitexin, avicularin, iron and potassium salts, proteins, lipids, organic acids, vitamins (A, C, P). Has antiseptic and phytoncide properties.
Recommendations for use
It can be recommended as a dietary supplement to the diet, as an additional source of biologically active substances of plant extracts that have secretolytic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-edematous properties, in order to promote: reducing swelling and secretion of tissues of the nasopharyngeal zone; restoring drainage and ventilation of the paranasal sinuses; eliminating nasal congestion; normalizing the protective function of the respiratory tract epithelium; stimulating the immune system, including use in inflammatory processes of the nasopharynx, paranasal sinuses, and respiratory tract.
Reservation
Hypersensitivity to individual components of the product, women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Before starting and when using with any medications, a doctor's consultation is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not use as a substitute for a complete diet.
Appropriate safety precautions during use. It is not recommended to use SYNERGIN in high doses for more than 2 months. During use, one should refrain from concomitant intake of dietary supplements and/or medicines with a similar composition or individual similar components due to the risk of their overdose.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Due to the lack of clinical data on the use of SYNERGIN during pregnancy and breastfeeding, its use is not recommended during this period or only as prescribed and under the supervision of a doctor after consultation.
The ability to influence the reaction speed when driving or working with other mechanisms.
There is no data on the effect of SYNERGIN on the reaction speed when driving vehicles or working with other mechanisms.
Children.
The safety and efficacy of SYNERGIN in children have not been studied, therefore it is not recommended for use in children.
Do not exceed the recommended dose for consumption during the day.
The product is intended for adults only.
Method of administration and doses
SYNERGIN is taken by adults 1-2 tablets 1-2 times a day after meals or as recommended by a doctor. The tablets should be taken without chewing, with sufficient liquid. The duration of use and dosage are determined individually, after additional consultation with a doctor.
Recommended duration of use: 15-30 days, further duration of use is agreed with the doctor.
Overdose
There are no reports of overdose, however, adverse reactions may occur. Treatment is symptomatic.
Interaction with other tools and other types of interaction
Clinical studies of interactions with other dietary supplements and/or drugs have not been conducted.
Expiration date
2 years (24 months) from the date of manufacture. The best before date is indicated on the packaging.
Storage conditions
Store in the original packaging, in a dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children, at a temperature of 15°C to 25°C.
