Composition

Composition (1 tablet): main ingredients: ɣ-Aminobutyric acid - 100 mg (mg), glycine - 80.0 mg (mg), peppermint oil - 2.5 mg (mg), ginger root extract - 0.15 mg (mg); excipients: sweetener sorbitol, thickener polyvinylpyrrolidone, filler microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: calcium stearate, amorphous silicon dioxide; acidity regulator citric acid.

Recommendations for use

• dietary supplement to the diet - an additional source of glycine and ɣ-aminobutyric acid;
• helps reduce discomfort from motion sickness when traveling by ship, train, car and plane, and when traveling in mountainous terrain;
• reduces psycho-emotional arousal, accelerates the process of falling asleep, improves sleep quality;
• has mild sedative properties.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Method of application

Method of application and recommended daily intake:

• if there are symptoms of dizziness - children from 5 to 12 years old, 1 tablet 3 times a day, a course of consumption of no more than three days;
• Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets 3-4 times a day, course of consumption no more than three days, dissolve in the mouth.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Contraindication

Individual intolerance to the components, children under 5 years of age.

Storage conditions

In the manufacturer's packaging in dry, clean rooms, protected from sunlight, at a distance of at least 1 m from closed heat sources, out of reach of children, at a temperature of up to 25 C, relative humidity of no more than 75%.
