Composition
active substances: 1 tablet contains: Achillea millefolium D3 - 15 mg, Aconitum napellus D3 - 30 mg, Arnica montana D2 - 15 mg, Atropa bella-donna D4 - 75 mg, Bellis perennis D2 - 6 mg, Calendula officinalis D2 - 15 mg, Echinacea D2 - 6 mg, Echinacea purpurea D2 - 6 mg, Hamamelis virginiana D2 - 15 mg, Hepar sulfuris D8 - 30 mg, Hypericum perforatum D2 - 3 mg, Matricaria recutita D3 - 24 mg, Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni D8 - 30 mg, Symphytum officinale D8 - 24 mg;
Excipients: magnesium stearate; lactose monohydrate.

Main physicochemical properties: round, flat, with a bevel, white to yellow-white color, possible single orange inclusions, odorless or with a slightly sweet odor.

Pharmacological properties
The drug has an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-exudative, immunocorrective, and reparative effect, which is based on the activation of the body's defenses and the normalization of impaired functions due to substances of plant and mineral origin that are part of the drug.
Indication
In complex therapy for the following diseases and conditions: tissue damage during injuries (sports, household) in the form of bruises, sprains, dislocations, hematomas, fractures of bones and joints; concussion. Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system (tendovaginitis, shoulder-scapular periarthritis, bursitis, arthritis of the hip, knee joints and joints of the feet and hands), dentofacial apparatus (periodontitis, periodontitis, gingivitis); osteochondrosis.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the active components or excipients of the drug, to arnica, chamomile, yarrow or other plants of the Asteraceae family.
Tuberculosis, leukemia, inflammatory connective tissue diseases (collagen diseases), autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, blood system diseases, AIDS, HIV infection, immunosuppression or immunodeficiency of various etiologies, and other chronic viral diseases.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
Compatible with other medications.
Application features
The drug contains lactose, therefore patients with rare hereditary forms of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should not use the drug.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
The toxicity of homeopathically diluted substances included in the medicinal product when used during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established.

Method of administration and doses
Single dose: adults and children over 12 years old – 1 tablet under the tongue (until completely dissolved); children under 12 years old – grind 1 tablet into powder and, stirring thoroughly, dissolve in 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of boiled water at room temperature; take a single age dose: children under 1 year old – 1 teaspoon, children from 1 to 6 years old – 2 teaspoons, children from 6 to 12 years old – 3 teaspoons (store the remaining solution in a place protected from light at room temperature for no more than one day). Take a single age dose 3 times a day 15–20 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals. In case of acute onset of the disease, take a single age dose every 15 minutes for the first 2 hours. Then switch to taking 3 times a day.
The course of treatment is 2–4 weeks.
Children
The drug is recommended for use in children from birth.
Overdose
Not observed. Possible increase in adverse reactions.
Adverse reactions
The drug is usually well tolerated, but in very rare cases, people with hypersensitivity to plants of the Asteraceae family (e.g., Arnica, Calendula, Achillea millefolium) or to other components of the drug may experience hypersalivation, allergic reactions, including redness, swelling, rashes, itching, urticaria - in this case, the use of the drug must be discontinued.
After using preparations containing Echinacea extracts, reactions from the digestive tract (including nausea, abdominal pain); menstrual disorders; acne, urticaria; agitation, sleep disturbances; skin rash, itching, in rare cases - facial swelling, difficulty breathing (shortness of breath), dizziness and decreased blood pressure have been observed.
Expiration date
5 years.
The expiration date determines the use of the drug until the last day of the specified month.

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, out of the reach of children.
