composition

1 tablet contains 750 mg of standardized Tribulus Terrestris extract (not less than 45% furostanol saponins) 25 mg; fenugreek extract; excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium stearate, lactose.

Indications for use

Tribulat is prescribed for the prevention and treatment (alone or as part of combination therapy) of disorders of the reproductive system in men and women. In erectile dysfunction in men - to increase libido, strength and duration of erection. As monotherapy or in complex therapy of some forms of infertility in men: infertility due to idiopathic oligoasthenotospermia (reduction in the number and quality of sperm in the ejaculated semen); infertility in the absence of improvement in spermogram indicators within 1 year after surgery for varicocele; immunologically determined infertility. Tribulus Terrestris stimulates the hypothalamus and pituitary gland and enhances the production of luteotropin (a peptide hormone), which normalizes the functioning of the reproductive system. Taking Tribulat stimulates the reproductive glands and normalizes the hormonal background.

Women with climacteric and post-castration syndrome with pronounced neurovegetative and neuropsychiatric manifestations; with endocrine ovarian infertility. Tribulus Terrestris, due to its properties, will restore the balance of estrogen, progesterone and testosterone production by the female body, which normalizes the menstrual cycle. In case of disorders of fat metabolism (dyslipoproteinemia) to reduce the level of total cholesterol and LDL.

Dosage and administration

Take 1 tablet 2 times a day after meals. With reduced libido, impotence and infertility in men - duration of use - at least 90 days. In women with endocrine infertility - 1 tablet 2 times a day from the 1st to the 12th day of the menstrual cycle. Treatment can be repeated until a positive therapeutic effect is obtained (until pregnancy occurs).

For dyslipoproteinemia, the recommended dose is 1 tablet 2 times a day. Duration of treatment is at least 90 days.

Climacteric and post-castration syndrome in women. 1 tablet 3 times a day for 60-90 days. After the condition improves, gradually switch to a maintenance dose - 1 tablet per day for 1-2 years.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe cardiovascular and renal diseases, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is not recommended to prescribe to patients under 18 years of age.

Side effects

Hypersensitivity reactions are possible. When taken orally, the drug may act on the gastric mucosa.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions

Concomitant use of TRIBULATE with drugs that stimulate ovulation in women leads to mutual enhancement of the effects. Concomitant use with diuretics may enhance the action of the latter and potentiate the hypotensive effect of antihypertensive drugs.
