Tryftazin-Zdorovye film-coated tablets 5 mg blister No. 50




Triftazin-Zdorovye tablets are indicated for psychotic disorders, including schizophrenia.
Composition
active ingredient: 1 tablet contains trifluoperazine 5 mg;
Excipients: lactose monohydrate; corn starch; microcrystalline cellulose; povidone; colloidal anhydrous silica; croscarmellose sodium; stearic acid; hypromellose; titanium dioxide (E 171); indigo carmine (E 132).
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, to other phenothiazine drugs; heart disease with conduction disorders and in the stage of decompensation, severe arterial hypotension, CNS depression, progressive systemic diseases of the brain and spinal cord, angina pectoris, angle-closure glaucoma, impaired liver and kidney function, liver damage, acute and chronic inflammatory liver diseases, gastric and duodenal ulcer during the exacerbation period, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, disorders of the central respiratory regulation mechanism (especially in children), Reye's syndrome, cachexia, pheochromocytoma, myxedema, prostatic hyperplasia, pathological changes in the blood (associated with impaired hematopoiesis), suppression of bone marrow hematopoiesis, prolactin-dependent tumor, breast cancer, age over 60 years.
Method of application
Treatment with the drug should be strictly individualized depending on the course of the disease. Treatment periods can be 3-9 months or more, depending on the effectiveness of the therapy.

Pregnant women
The use of the drug during pregnancy is contraindicated.
Children
In this dosage form, the drug should not be used in children.
Drivers
During treatment with the drug, the patient should refrain from driving vehicles and performing work that requires increased attention, speed of mental and motor reactions.
Overdose
Symptoms: overdose is manifested by dyskinesia, dysarthria, drowsiness and stupor, extrapyramidal disorders, involuntary muscle contractions, arterial hypotension, cardiac arrhythmias, convulsions, ECG changes, autonomic disorders, dry mouth, intestinal obstruction. In severe cases, coma is possible.
Adverse reactions
Manifestations of adverse reactions typical of phenothiazines: hypothermia, nightmares, depression, hypercholesterolemia, hyperpyrexia, cerebral edema, generalized and partial seizures, prolongation of the CNS effects of opiates, analgesics, antihistamines, barbiturates, alcohol, atropine, heat, organophosphorus insecticides, nasal congestion, adynamic intestinal obstruction, intestinal atony, miosis, mydriasis, reactivation of psychotic processes, catatonic-like states, liver dysfunction, jaundice, biliary stasis, irregular menstruation, itching, eczema, asthma, epinephrine effect, increased appetite, lupus-like syndrome, skin pigmentation, epithelial keratopathy, lenticular and choroid deposits, sudden death, asphyxia.
Interaction
The drug may reduce the effect of oral anticoagulants.
Use with caution when prescribing concomitantly with anti-tuberculosis antibacterial agents.
The drug may weaken the vasoconstrictor effect of ephedrine, enhance the anticholinergic effects of other drugs, and inhibit the effects of amphetamines, levodopa, clonidine, and guanethidine.
Storage conditions
Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
Keep out of reach of children.
