Description
TUTONAZA® helps reduce inflammation and swelling of tissues, pain, prevents the development of adhesions, promotes faster tissue recovery and facilitates healing. Serratiopeptidase is a natural proteolytic enzyme isolated from the non-pathogenic intestinal bacterium Serratia E15, has the ability to break down protein compounds in the body.
It is characterized by anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous and fibrinolytic activity.
After oral administration, it is absorbed unchanged in the intestine. It is not destroyed by gastric juice and enters the bloodstream in an active form.
It penetrates well into affected tissues, where it breaks down protein components that cause inflammation, helps reduce the severity of the inflammatory process, blocks the release and reduces the level of inflammatory and pain factors, and helps reduce pain.
In the focus of inflammation and exudate, it promotes the lysis of necrotic tissues and their decay products, reduces blood stasis, and the viscosity of secretions due to the breakdown of proteins in them and the improvement of the rheological properties of secretions, in particular sputum and nasal sinus secretions, thereby facilitating their excretion.
Serratiopeptidase helps reduce tissue swelling by reducing the amount of substances that attract fluid to the site of inflammation, helping to accelerate their healing and improve motor activity.
In addition, serratiopeptidase breaks down fibrin in exudates, which helps prevent the formation of adhesions.
Helps improve microcirculation in the focus of chronic inflammation, improving the bioavailability of antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agents.
It creates a high concentration in blood plasma after 1 hour. It is excreted in active form with bile and in small amounts by the kidneys.
Recommendations for use
As an additional source of the proteolytic enzyme serratiopeptidase to reduce the manifestations of tissue damage in all types of injuries and damages, to help eliminate inflammation and swelling, to speed up tissue recovery and facilitate healing. Helps improve the condition and eliminate symptoms in case of damage to the musculoskeletal system (with sprains and ruptures of ligaments, fractures and dislocations), with inflammatory processes of the respiratory organs, ENT organs, with inflammatory processes of the female genital organs and mammary glands (in particular, hematomas, stagnation in the mammary glands), after operations, when using antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agents. Helps reduce the viscosity of the secretion and facilitate its discharge, with inflammatory processes of the skin and tissue swelling, acute inflammatory dermatoses.
Method of administration and doses
Adults: Unless otherwise directed by a physician, take 1 tablet once daily after meals. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.
The duration of the course of consumption and its repetition is determined by the doctor.
