Composition
Composition per 1 capsule: cranberry fruit extract (Vaccinum macrocarpon) with 40% proanthocyanidins - 200 mg, D-mannose - 200 mg
excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium stearate; capsule shell: gelatin.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: proteins - 8.4 g. fats - 0 g. carbohydrates - 96.7 g. Energy value (calories) per 100 g of product: 392 kcal / 1716 kJ. Nutritional and energy value (calories) of the daily amount (2 capsules): proteins - 0.049 g (g), carbohydrates -0.67 g (g), fats -0 g (g); 2.72 kcal (kcal) / 12.57 kJ (kJ).
Properties
Cranberry berries contain proanthocyanidins, fructose, tannins, flavonols, glycosides. These substances inhibit the adhesion of E. coli and other bacteria to the walls of the urinary tract epithelium. This contributes to the rapid washing out of infectious agents, preventing the growth of urinary tract bacteria and the development of inflammation. Cranberries acidify urine, due to the content of quinic acid, which is not destroyed in the body and is excreted in the urine. Ursolic acid, which is contained in cranberries, has diuretic properties.
D-mannose is a natural sugar that helps maintain a healthy bladder and urinary tract. This natural sugar prevents E.Coli bacteria from sticking to the epithelial cells of the urinary tract walls. The body uses D-mannose in metabolism only in small amounts, the rest is quickly excreted in the urine, without affecting blood sugar levels.
Recommendations for use
It can be recommended by a doctor as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of biologically active substances of plant origin: flavonoids, glycosides, saponins, organic acids, essential oils and other substances, to create optimal conditions for the functioning of the urinary system, also in order to normalize the functional state of the kidneys in urolithiasis, it exhibits antibacterial, diuretic, antiseptic and acidifying effects.
Reservation
Should not be used by children and adults who have individual intolerance to the product components, carbohydrate metabolism disorders. It can be taken with other dietary supplements only on the recommendation of a doctor. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet. Consult a doctor before consumption. Do not exceed the recommended amount (serving) for daily consumption. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Method of administration and doses
Adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day during meals, washed down with a glass of water. It is recommended to limit animal fats, sugar, sweets and alcohol.
The capsules should be taken with sufficient water.
Recommended duration of use: 1 month, after which the dose and duration of use are agreed with the doctor individually.

Storage conditions
