Composition
active ingredients: 1 capsule contains 50 mg of urocholum dry extract obtained from a water-alcohol extract (1:1) (extractant - ethanol 40%) of a mixture of: wild carrot fruit (Dauci carotae fructus) - 200 mg, orthosiphon stamen leaves (Orthosiphonis staminei folia) - 180 mg, sedge grass (Polygoni avicularis herba) - 150 mg, corn columns with stigmas (Zeae maydis styli cum stigmatis) - 120 mg, elderberry black flowers (Sambuci nigrae flores) - 100 mg, horsetail grass (Equiseti herba) - 100 mg, hop cones (Lupuli flos) - 50 mg, birch buds (Betulae gemmae) - 50 mg, St. John's wort grass (Hyperici herba) - 40 mg, mint leaves (Menthae piperitae folia) — 10 mg; 2% maltodextrin;
excipients: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate;
hard gelatin capsule: gelatin, titanium dioxide (E 171), iron oxide (E 172), azorubine (E 122), indigotine (E 132), patent blue V (E 131).
Dosage form
Capsules.
Main physicochemical properties: hard gelatin capsules with a straw-colored body and a dark green cap. The contents of the capsules are a powder from light yellow to brown in color, containing small particles from light to dark in color. The presence of agglomerates of particles is allowed.

Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics
A herbal preparation. The complex of biologically active substances of uroholum, easily absorbed into the blood and stimulating renal and hepatic blood flow, helps increase urine and bile secretion, normalizes the tone of the smooth muscles of the upper urinary tract and gallbladder, reduces inflammatory processes, and has bactericidal, diuretic, choleretic, and antispasmodic effects.
Urocholum has an antiazotemic effect, removes urea, uric acid, chlorides from the body. It promotes the removal of sand and stones from the kidneys, urinary and gall bladders.

Indication
Use as part of complex therapy for acute and chronic diseases (non-specific infections) of the urinary tract (cystitis, urethritis) and kidneys (pyelonephritis), chronic non-infectious kidney diseases (nephritis, nephrosis); urolithiasis, nephrolithiasis and salt diathesis (for the prevention of stone formation, including after their removal); chronic cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Changes in the rheological properties of the blood, obstructive jaundice.
Special safety precautions
Use with caution in patients with gastroesophageal reflux (due to possible occurrence or worsening of heartburn).
Do not use the drug if the diameter of the stones exceeds 3 mm.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions

Application features
The gelatin capsule contains azorubine (E 122), which may cause allergic reactions.
This medicine contains lactose, so if you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
The medicine is not used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms

Method of administration and doses
Adults and children over 12 years of age should take 1 capsule three times a day before meals. The capsules should be swallowed whole, with a sufficient amount of liquid (e.g. a glass of water). The course of treatment is determined by the doctor, taking into account the course of the disease and the nature of concomitant therapy, and lasts from 5 days to 1 month. The course of therapy can be repeated as prescribed by the doctor.
Children
The medicine is not used in children under 12 years of age.
Overdose
Increased adverse reactions.
Treatment: in case of overdose, it is necessary to prescribe a large amount of warm drink and carry out symptomatic treatment.
Side effects
Nervous system: frequency unknown - dizziness.
Gastrointestinal tract: frequency unknown - dyspeptic phenomena (nausea, vomiting).
Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: frequency unknown - allergic reactions (including rash, itching, hyperemia, skin edema).
