Ursogepavin Forte is the only drug in Ukraine that consists of three components that interact synergistically and contribute to:

• normalization of liver and gallbladder function;
• improving the physiological flow of bile;
• improving chemical indicators of liver function.

Active ingredients

• Ursodeoxycholic acid is a direct cytoprotector that integrates into the membranes of liver cells, protecting and restoring their functions. It promotes the formation and secretion of bile, reduces lithogenicity (helps dissolve gallstones when administered orally), activates the work of pancreatic enzymes. It also promotes the excretion of toxic bile acids and cholesterol through the intestines.
• Milk thistle extract is a substance with proven hepatoprotective and antioxidant activity. Silymarin promotes rapid regeneration of liver cells, stabilizes hepatocyte membranes and prevents their destruction. It protects liver cells from the effects of toxins, viruses, oxidative stress and free radicals.
• L-carnitine enhances the detoxification capabilities of the liver, stimulates protein synthesis in hepatocytes and promotes weight loss by activating the breakdown of fatty acids. It also helps reduce subcutaneous fat and promotes rapid recovery of the body by improving metabolic processes and eliminating toxins.
