Composition

Composition per capsule: active ingredients: Passionflower extract (Passiflora incanata) 40 mg (mg), Melissa extract (Melissa officinalis) 25 mg (mg), Valerian dry extract (Valeriana officinalis) 70 mg (mg), Hop inflorescence extract (Humulus lupulus) 25 mg (mg); excipients: filler: corn and pregelatinized starch, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; capsule composition: gelling agent gelatin, dyes: titanium dioxide, red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide. GMO-free.

Nutritional value per 100 g (g) of product: proteins -5.7 g (g); fats -2.6 r (g); carbohydrates - 80.2 r (g).

Recommendations for use

can be recommended by a doctor as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of biologically active substances of plant origin: flavonoids (chrysin, orientin, homoorientin and others), glycosides, phenolic compounds (luteolin), amino acids, organic acids (linoleic, linolenic, oleic, etc.), essential oils, vitamins (C, group B), minerals (calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium, selenium), tannins, etc., in order to improve the functional state of the nervous system, including reducing symptoms of anxiety, nervousness in stressful situations, feelings of mental, emotional tension and fatigue. Reduces symptoms of anxiety and nervousness in stressful situations.

Should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.

Method of administration and doses

Adults, adolescents and children over 12 years of age should take 1 capsule 3 times a day for anxiety and stress for 2-4 weeks; for relaxation and restful sleep, take 1-2 capsules half an hour before bedtime. The capsules should be washed down with plenty of water without chewing.

The course and duration of use are determined by the doctor individually. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
