General characteristics
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) contains essential oils: citral, geraniol, citronellal, which have a sedative effect on the nervous system, relieve autonomic disorders and help improve sleep, and prevent insomnia. Caffeic, olsanolic and ursolic acids, which are contained in lemon balm, relieve smooth muscle spasm, help reduce blood pressure fluctuations, arrhythmia.
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) contains valerian-borneol ester, valerenal, and valeric acid, which reduce the excitability of the nervous system. The alkaloid valerein, as well as the glycoside valeride, eliminate smooth muscle spasm, improve coronary blood circulation, and regulate heart activity.
Stinging nettle (Leonurus cardiaca) due to the alkaloids, flavonoids and steroid glycosides in its composition, reduces the excitation of the central nervous system, has an antispasmodic effect, slows down the rhythm and increases the force of heart contractions. It is characterized by a mild hypotensive effect.
Passionflower (Passiflorae) contains passiflorin, has a calming effect on the central nervous system, and relieves pain. Passionflower increases overall performance, improves memory, helps the body combat stress and chronic fatigue, and prevents physical and emotional overload.
Magnesium (citrate) regulates heart rhythm, lowers blood pressure, and relieves angina pain. Magnesium deficiency causes cramps, migraines, arrhythmia, insomnia, and depression.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6 - deficiency of B vitamins causes weakness of the heart muscle and increases the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. These vitamins help improve the functioning of the nervous system.
