Venfor suppositories for rectal and vaginal use
Venfor is a unique combination of natural ingredients with pronounced capillary-strengthening, venotonic, anti-edema, and anti-inflammatory properties. The complex action of the product is aimed at restoring microcirculation, improving venous tone, and reducing venous stasis in the pelvic organs in men and women.
Grape seed oil extract contains resveratrol, oligomeric proanthocyanidins, phytosterols, polyphenols, flavonoids, pycnogenol, carotenoids, silicic, salicylic, succinic and malic acids, vitamins A, E, C, B vitamins, trace elements - calcium, magnesium, zinc. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, antitumor, vasoconstrictor, anti-edematous and regenerating effects.
Horse chestnut oil extract contains coumarin glycosides - esculin, which is broken down into esculetin (6,7-dioxycoumarin) and D-glucose, as well as fraxin, which splits off D-glucose and fraxetin (6-methoxy-7,8-dioxycoumarin). Chestnut fruits contain triterpene saponins, flavonoids, quercetin and kaempferol derivatives, starch, amino acids, protein, tannins and bitter substances, enzymes, fatty oils. Chestnut leaves contain coumarins, saponins and flavonoids. It is used to treat stagnant phenomena in various organs, as it has a pronounced venotropic, anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous effect. It has a tonic effect, improves microcirculation, reduces blood flow to the surface layers of mucous membranes, strengthens the walls of blood vessels and increases their elasticity, reduces capillary permeability.
The oil extract of the marigold contains coumarins (0.4-0.9%): dicumarol, melilotin, melilotoside, coumaric and melilotic acids; purine derivatives, protein, essential oil, mucus, nitrogenous compounds, flavonoids, ascorbic acid. Reduces capillary permeability and increases their elasticity and resistance to mechanical damage, provides a pronounced anticoagulant and fibrinolytic effect.
Hazel leaf oil extract contains condensed tannins, flavonoids (catechins, quercetin, rutin), betulenol. It has angioprotective and anti-inflammatory effects, strengthens the walls of veins and capillaries, soothes and softens the inflamed mucous membrane.
Oil extract of poplar buds contains essential oil (0.7%), which includes humulene, a-caryophyllene, cineole. Black poplar buds contain sesquiterpenoids, phenolic glucosides (salicin and populin), 8% flavonoids (apigenin, galangin, genquanin, galangin 3-methyl ether, isalpinin, quercetin, kaempferol, rhamnetin, isorhamnetin), organic acids (benzoic, cinnamic, gallic, caffeic, ferulic and malic), vitamin C, resins, fatty oil. It has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, hemostatic and mild anesthetic effects.
Indications for use
It is used as a hygienic and prophylactic agent to increase venous tone, strengthen capillary walls and reduce their permeability, have an anti-edema effect and activate peripheral circulation, in case of venous stagnation in the pelvic organs during sedentary work and reduced motor activity.
Side effect
The drug is usually well tolerated, in rare cases allergic reactions are possible.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to any component of the product; children's age, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
Method of administration and doses
Suppositories are used rectally or vaginally. Before using the suppository, you must:
- Tear off one suppository from the primary packaging along the perforation line of the blister pack;
- Next, you need to pull the edges of the film, tearing it in different directions, and release the suppository from the primary packaging.
For rectal use, the suppository is inserted deep into the rectum after emptying the rectum; for vaginal use, the suppository is inserted deep into the vagina. If the suppository is too soft to insert, it should be cooled under cold running water or in the refrigerator for several minutes without removing it from the blister.
Apply 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 10 days. If necessary, the application can be repeated. The product is for single use.
Storage conditions
Store in original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 250C - 2 years from the date of manufacture. Keep out of the reach of children.
