Composition

1 capsule contains: 100 mcg (4000 IU) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Excipients: sunflower oil, gelatin, glycerin. Non-GMO.

Contraindication

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless recommended by a doctor.

Method of administration and doses

• Unless otherwise recommended by a doctor, adults should take 1 capsule with meals once every 5 days (in accordance with the recommendations of the European Society of Endocrinology on the preventive intake of vitamin D3 for adults).
• The recommended minimum period of use is 1 month. The further period of use and the possibility of a repeated course are agreed with the doctor.
