Composition

1 tablet contains: calcium citrate – 500 mg, vitamin D3 – 50 mcg (2000 IU), vitamin K2 – 75 mcg.

Recommendations for use

It can be recommended as an additional source of calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. It helps improve bone formation, increase bone density and their resistance to fracture.

Calcium is one of the most important mineral components of the human body. About 99% of calcium is found in bones and teeth, where it is the main building material. Calcium is also involved in many metabolic processes.

Calcium reduces the permeability of cell membranes and also plays an important role in blood clotting. Sufficient intake of calcium and phosphorus, their normal ratio in the diet helps to reduce blood pressure. Calcium plays an important role in the proper functioning of the vascular system and the production of hormones, the conduction of nerve impulses, and muscle contraction.

Calcium citrate salt does not change acidity, so it can be consumed if stomach acidity is impaired.

Vitamin D3 promotes the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in bones, teeth and muscles. Vitamin D3 is also extremely important for the processes of protein synthesis in the body, which, in turn, ensures proper mineralization of bones and strengthening of muscles. It contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system, which provides the body's resistance to infections and inflammatory processes.

Vitamin K2 is necessary for the proper distribution and absorption of calcium in the body. Sufficient amounts of vitamin K2 help calcium enter the bones and teeth, preventing its deposition on the walls of blood vessels and in soft tissues. Therefore, vitamin K2 is a necessary factor for strengthening bones and preventing fractures.

Method of application

Adults 1 tablet 2 times a day during meals. Before consumption, it is recommended to consult a doctor. The duration of the course of consumption and its repetition is determined by the doctor.
