Properties
VistaRelax Sleep is a herbal complex with melatonin and B6 to normalize sleep disorders.
Valerian extract contains biologically active substances, including essential oils, organic acids (valerian, palmitic, stearic, formic, malic), esters, valepotriates and alkaloids (valerine and hotenine), glycosides (valerosides). It exhibits sedative properties, helps reduce the excitability of the central nervous system and increase the resistance of the nervous system to adverse environmental factors, the effects of stress. In case of sleep disorders caused by stress, overstrain and overfatigue, it helps reduce the time to fall asleep, increase the duration of sleep. It has a positive effect on the state of the cardiovascular system, helps slow down the heart rate and dilate the coronary vessels.
Passionflower extract contains alkaloids (harman, harmine, harmol), flavonoids (vitexin, quercetin), as well as coumarins, quinones, etc. It exhibits calming properties in cases of anxiety, restlessness, irritability and nervous tension, improves mood, helps normalize sleep, increases working capacity, and improves overall well-being. It has a positive effect on emotional excitability, stress, fatigue and mental strain.
Melatonin plays an important role in regulating the natural cycle of sleep and daytime activity. It helps normalize the production of pituitary hormones, as well as serotonin and gamma-aminobutyric acid in the brain. Melatonin helps normalize circadian rhythms, changes in sleep and wakefulness, improves the quality and duration of sleep, and helps you fall asleep faster.
