Pharmacodynamics.
The combination of biologically active substances in VUNDEKHIL ointment provides highly effective anti-inflammatory, bactericidal and healing effects on affected tissues and mucous membranes, quickly relieves pain, swelling, intensively removes necrotic (purulent) formations, promotes normalization of metabolic processes and rapid regeneration (healing) of tissues.
Along with its wound healing and anti-inflammatory effects, VUNDECHIL ointment has antimicrobial (bacteriostatic) properties, which prevents wound infection with hospital-acquired strains of infections.
In almost all cases of use, VUNDEHIL ointment heals wounds with the formation of delicate scar tissue.
Due to the fact that the ointment is made on a lipophilic basis, it prevents the bandage from drying out on the areas of tissue damage.
Indication
Wounds of various origins, such as: slow-healing wounds (inflamed and infected, postoperative, including after rectal surgeries), skin lesions caused by radiation, traumatic soft tissue injuries, ulcers (varicose and diabetic), soft tissue hemorrhages (hematomas), thermal burns, bedsores, gynecological erosions, psoriasis, neurodermatitis, keratoderma of the palms and soles, hyperkeratic forms of mycosis. Application features
Due to the fact that the ointment has a lipophilic base, it should not be used in the initial stage of the wound process, when active exudation occurs.

During pregnancy or breastfeeding, the drug is used as prescribed by a doctor.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
No effect.
Method of administration and doses
It is recommended to apply the ointment to the affected surface with a thin layer 2-3 times a day. 2-3 hours after each application, it is necessary to remove the remnants of the ointment using a cotton swab or napkin moistened with an antiseptic (for example, furatsilin solution or calendula tincture diluted with water 1: 3). After the wound dries (about 1 hour), apply the ointment again.
For wounds, apply the ointment at the end of phase I after the cessation of exudation (wetting) and in phases II and III of the wound process. For wounds caused by mechanical tissue damage, the therapeutic effect of the drug is manifested within 2-7 days of application.
In the treatment of chronic anal fissures and hemorrhoids, a tampon with ointment is inserted into the intestinal lumen every 2-3 hours. The duration of the course of treatment depends on the degree and form of the disease (from 5 days to 1 month).
When treating cervical erosion, apply the ointment thickly to a cotton or gauze swab and insert it deep into the vagina for 2-3 hours (daily). The course of treatment is from 1 to 4 weeks.
In case of thermal burns of I and II degree, to prevent the development of severe complications and achieve the fastest healing effect, the ointment should be applied to the affected skin as soon as possible (within 10-15 minutes after the burn). The course of treatment depends on the degree of the burn, its area, and, above all, on the time from the burn to the first application of the ointment and lasts from 3 to 15 days.
For burns caused by sunlight, the ointment should be applied in a thin layer for 2-3 hours, then removed with a tissue. VUNDEHIL quickly relieves pain and redness of the skin.
The duration of the treatment course depends on the nature of the pathological process, the area of the affected areas, and the achieved effect.
