Zest EfferVit MgB6 helps prevent the negative effects of stress and symptoms of magnesium deficiency - fatigue and muscle weakness, irritability and anxiety, insomnia, arterial hypertension, heart rhythm disturbances, muscle cramps - thanks to magnesium and vitamin B6.

Effervescent tablets with lemon flavor. With sugar and sweetener.

Recommendations for use

As a biologically active food supplement as an additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6 in case of magnesium and vitamin B6 deficiency and with an increased need for magnesium in the diet (diet, unbalanced diet, excessive alcohol consumption, etc.), frequent stress, abuse of consumed food (intolerance), frequent stress, impaired absorption of magnesium in the gastrointestinal tract (diarrhea, chronic gastrointestinal diseases, hypothyroidism), diabetes mellitus, pregnancy and lactation, old age, excessive loss of magnesium by the kidneys (chronic kidney diseases, use of certain medications).

Method of application

Adults and children over 11 years of age should dissolve one tablet in a glass of drinking water (200 milliliters (mL)).

Recommended dosage: 2 tablets per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a full diet. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use. The course of treatment and the period of use should be determined individually by the doctor.
