Composition
Per 1 three-layer tablet: magnesium oxide, filler D-mannitol; magnesium hydroxide; filler microcrystalline cellulose; acidity regulator citric acid; stabilizer hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium croscarmellose, magnesium salts of fatty acids; hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agent silicon dioxide; dye iron oxide yellow; dye iron oxide black; dye brilliant blue FCF; dye indigotine.

Zest MgB6 Retard is a three-layer tablet with differentiated release of components in three phases:
the “fast” layer, which contains magnesium oxide, has a rapid dissolution of up to 5 minutes;
The "middle" layer with vitamin B6 prevents negative interaction of components both during storage of the tablet and during its absorption in the body and is released within 45 minutes.
The “prolonged” layer (white), with magnesium hydroxide, ensures gradual release of ingredients over 8 hours.

The effect of ZEST MgB6 Retard/ZEST® MgB6 Retard is due to the characteristics of the components that make up its composition:
Magnesium helps reduce fatigue, participates in maintaining electrolyte balance, energy metabolism, protein synthesis, plays a role in the process of cell division, contributes to the physiological functioning of the nervous system, muscle function, and maintains the normal condition of bones and teeth.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the physiological synthesis of cysteine, the metabolism of homocysteine, protein and glycogen, as well as energy metabolism, the physiological formation of red blood cells. It contributes to the physiological functioning of the nervous and immune systems, and reduces fatigue. It participates in the regulation of hormonal activity.
Recommendations for use
ZEST® MgB6 Retard is used as a dietary supplement to the diet, as an additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6 when their intake with food is insufficient (diet, unbalanced diet, alcohol abuse, etc.) or in case of increased body need for them in:
frequent stress;
impaired absorption of magnesium in the gastrointestinal tract (diarrhea, chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, hypoparathyroidism);
diabetes;
pregnancy and breastfeeding;
old age;
excessive loss of magnesium by the kidneys (chronic kidney disease, use of certain medications).
Method of application
Adults and children over 11 years of age should take 1 tablet once a day in the morning after meals, with a glass of water.
