the second – for 45 minutes – for minerals;

ZEST® MULTIVITAMIN is a basic vitamin and mineral complex that, thanks to its balanced formula, guarantees a daily intake of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to maintain overall health throughout the day.
The effect of ZEST® MULTIVITAMIN is due to the characteristics of the components that make up its composition:
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to physiological energy metabolism, synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters, reduces fatigue, and participates in ensuring mental activity.
Vitamin PP (vitamin B3) helps support natural energy metabolism, nervous system function, reduces fatigue, and helps maintain the normal condition of mucous membranes and skin.
Vitamin B1 contributes to the physiological course of energy metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system, and heart function.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the normal course of energy metabolism, iron metabolism, cell protection from oxidative stress, maintenance of the physiological state of mucous membranes, red blood cells, skin, vision, proper functioning of the nervous system, and reduction of fatigue.
