Melatonin, a synthetic analogue of a hormone produced in the pituitary gland and involved in the regulation of sleep and daytime activity. It is synthesized in the dark, and its maximum concentration is reached at night. Lack of night sleep, night shift work, the aging process, and changing time zones all lead to a decrease in melatonin synthesis in the body. Melatonin helps normalize the sleep-wake cycle and has a positive effect on sleep quality: faster falling asleep and longer, deep sleep with easy awakening. Passionflower – used to relieve symptoms of moderate mental stress and insomnia, reduces anxiety, irritability, and improves mood and sleep quality.

Indications for use

ZEST® Sleep is used as a dietary supplement to reduce falling asleep and normalize the quality and rhythm of sleep.

Recommendations for use

ZEST® Sleep is used by adults 1 capsule after a meal before bedtime. For better adaptation to jet lag, take 1 capsule before the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at your destination.

The course of application is 15 days. If you need to extend the course, consult a doctor. It is recommended to consult a doctor before starting treatment.

Precautions

DO NOT exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Concomitant use with valerian, kava-kava (drunken pepper), 5-hydroxytryptophan may increase the sedative effect.
