Zinc (Zn) is a trace element that is a part of more than 300 hormones and enzymes in the human body and is involved in all vital processes. In the human body, zinc is found in cells, muscles, skin, hair, bone tissue and male testicles.

This trace element is an indicator of health and is of great importance for the entire body as a whole: stimulates the immune system; participates in the formation of the bone system, connective tissue and in the growth of body cells; improves the process of skin regeneration; stimulates the growth of hair and nails, maintains them in good condition; activates protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism; zinc is necessary for the secretion, production and utilization of insulin, which is involved in carbohydrate metabolism; participates in metabolic processes that occur in the adrenal glands, thyroid gland, pituitary gland, ovaries and testicles; affects the formation of male sex hormones and improves the functional state of the prostate gland; ensures the transparency of the lens of the eye and the stability of the retina, is the predominant mineral in the structure of the eye; improves the absorption of vitamin E, regulates the metabolism of vitamin A in the body; promotes normal liver function; is necessary for the proper functioning of taste and olfactory receptors; supports and improves memory.

Method of administration and doses

Adults: 1-2 tablets/capsules per day with meals. The course of treatment is up to 1 month, after which the duration of use and the possibility of a repeated course should be agreed with the doctor.

Individual sensitivity to components, pregnancy, lactation period in women, children under 12 years of age.
