Dietary supplement "CINFORT®"

Composition: 1 capsule contains: main ingredient: zinc glycinate - 90.3 mg (mg) (corresponds to 25 mg (mg) of elemental zinc); excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, calcium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Properties of the main substance:
Zinc is one of the most important trace elements, which is a component of more than 300 metalloenzymes, important for the structural, signaling and regulatory processes of many systems and organs.
Zinc is important for:
• synthesis by the body of nucleic acids, amino acids, proteins, cell membranes, specific hormones (insulin, thyroid hormones, corticosteroids, testosterone);
• fatty acid metabolism, maintaining normal levels of vitamin A in the blood;
• formation of a full and adequate immune response of the body;
• antioxidant protection of cells;
• maintaining healthy bones, skin, hair, and nails;
• support normal brain functioning: improves memory and mental performance;
• normalization of the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract; improvement of appetite;
• maintaining the quality of vision.
Zinc deficiency can affect:
• decreased immunity (especially with regard to acute respiratory diseases);
• carbohydrate balance disorders, hypercholesterolemia;
• decreased concentration and memory;
• decreased appetite; functioning of the gastrointestinal tract (in particular, with diarrhea of various origins);
• development of dermatological diseases (senile alopecia, alopecia areata, acne, exfoliative dermatitis, psoriasis);
• speed of healing of wounds and skin injuries;
• quality of vision (manifestations of night blindness and development of macular degeneration);
• mental and brain disorders;
• development of prostate hypertrophy.
In addition, groups at risk of impaired absorption, assimilation, or increased loss of a microelement by the body include people with the following conditions:
• diabetes mellitus,
• pancreatic insufficiency, cystic fibrosis of the pancreas,
• liver disease, including cirrhosis,
• intestinal diseases (celiac disease, Crohn's disease, steatorrhea, ulcerative colitis), short bowel syndrome, prolonged diarrhea,
• undergone gastric resection surgery,
• kidney disease (nephrotic syndrome, renal failure), hemodialysis,
• chronic infections caused by decreased immune defense activity,
• parasitic intestinal invasions,
• prolonged stress and excessive physical exertion, previous injuries,
• manifestations of genetic pathologies (Down syndrome, acrodermatitis enteropathica, sickle cell anemia, thalassemia),
• alcoholism, anorexia, bulimia, burns, etc.
Zinc deficiency can also be caused by a diet low in zinc. Zinc absorption may be impaired if the following foods are present in the diet:
• a large number of products containing phytic acid: cereals, bran, seeds, nuts, legumes and products rich in fiber,
• large doses of microelements (calcium, iron) competing for sorption in the intestine.
Recommendations for use:
CINFORT® is recommended as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of zinc to correct its deficiency caused by malnutrition, impaired absorption or assimilation of the microelement, and increased loss of zinc by the body.
The use of zinc glycinate as a dietary supplement ensures better absorption of zinc in the intestines. This improvement occurs even if it is impossible to correct the diet, as well as in conditions where zinc absorption is impaired.
Method of administration and recommended daily dose:
Adults should take 1 capsule per day. On the recommendation of a doctor, the dose may be increased to 2 capsules per day.
The basic duration of the course of use is at least 20 days. In some cases, the individual duration of the course may be increased by the doctor.
For better absorption of zinc, it is advisable to take CINFORTE® 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals.
If you experience gastrointestinal discomfort, CINFORTE® should be taken immediately before or during meals.
During periods of active spread of acute respiratory viral infections, for the purpose of prophylaxis and to help prevent complications, it is better to repeat the course of administration for 2 consecutive months with a break of 10 days. During the same period, it is advisable to combine the intake of CINFORTE® and the dietary supplement DECAP® (vitamin D3 tablets containing 2000 IU or 5000 IU of cholecalciferol).

It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
The simultaneous use of this dietary supplement and complex vitamin preparations containing zinc should be avoided.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
Exceeding the recommended daily allowance of zinc can cause copper deficiency. Overdose of zinc can cause nausea, vomiting, hypotension (dizziness), loss of appetite, abdominal cramps, pain in the mouth and throat, diarrhea and headache. In case of these symptoms, you should consult a doctor!
