Composition

Ingredients: Melatonin

Excipients: purified water, sweetener neotame (E961), humectant glycerin (E422), emulsifier propylene glycol (E1520); preservatives: citric acid (E330), potassium sorbate (E202), sodium benzoate (E211); thickener xanthan gum (E415), flavor and aroma enhancer: liquid chamomile extract, sweet orange essence.

Recommendations for use

• Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep: a positive effect can be obtained by taking 1 mg (mg) of melatonin (2 sprays) before bedtime.
• helps to alleviate specific sensations when changing time zones: a positive effect can be obtained by taking 0.5 mg (mg) of melatonin (1 spray) before bedtime on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at the destination.

1 cut ≈ 0.1 ml (ml).

• The spray contains: melatonin 0.5 mg.
  The maximum daily dose is 4 sprays.

Requires consultation with a doctor before use.

Duration of use: 4 weeks, further duration of use and possibility of repeated courses should be agreed with the doctor.

Reservation

• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake (serving).
• Do not use continuously for more than 2 months.
• Should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
• You should not operate machinery or drive for 5 hours after consumption. Melatonin may reduce your alertness if you take it during the day.
