Composition
1 sachet contains active ingredients: L-ornithine hydrochloride – 1500 mg (mg), choline bitartrate – 500 mg (mg) (corresponding to 206.5 mg (mg) of choline), L-methionine – 200 mg (mg), L-arginine hydrochloride – 200 mg (mg), Quatrefolic® methylfolate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) – 200 mcg (µg), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) – 3 mg (mg), vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin (MecobalActive®) – 2.5 mcg (µg); excipients: inulin, citric acid (acidity regulator).

Functional properties
L-ornithine is a non-essential amino acid that has hepatoprotective properties (promotes the restoration and regeneration of liver cells), protects against the negative effects of toxic substances. L-ornithine is involved in the removal of ammonia from the body. Under the influence of the amino acid, ammonia, as a product of protein breakdown, is converted into urea and excreted from the body. The synergistic effect of L-arginine and L-ornithine helps to increase glycogen reserves in the liver, which plays an important role during increased physical exertion, increases the production of somatotropic hormone (growth hormone), normalizes insulin production, helps to reduce the amount of subcutaneous fat and increase muscle mass.
L-methionine is an essential amino acid that is a part of enzymes and almost all tissues. It has hepatoprotective, lipotropic, antioxidant and regenerative effects. It reduces the toxicity of many toxic substances and helps restore liver functions. It promotes the synthesis of choline, thereby normalizing the synthesis of phospholipids from fats and reducing the deposition of neutral fat in the liver. It participates in the synthesis of adrenaline, creatine, activates the action of a number of hormones, enzymes, cyanocobalamin, ascorbic and folic acids. It neutralizes some toxic substances by methylation.
L-arginine is an amino acid that is an active and versatile cellular regulator of vital body functions. It exhibits antihypoxic, membrane-stabilizing, cytoprotective, antioxidant, and detoxification activity. By activating the conversion of ammonia into urea, it helps reduce the toxic effects of ammonia on the body. It has a hepatoprotective effect due to its antioxidant, antihypoxic, and membrane-stabilizing activity, and has a positive effect on energy supply processes in hepatocytes. Together with L-ornithine, L-arginine participates in the synthesis of many hormones, including somatotropic and thyrotropin. It regulates the content of nitric oxide (NO) in the blood, which is responsible for regulating blood flow (relaxation of vascular smooth muscle).
Choline belongs to the B vitamins. Choline has membrane-protective (protects cell membranes), anti-atherosclerotic (reduces cholesterol), nootropic and sedative effects. Prevents fatty liver disease. Choline restores liver tissue damaged by toxic substances (drugs, viruses, alcohol). It prevents gallstone disease, improves liver function. Choline normalizes fat metabolism, stimulating the breakdown of fats, helps the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).
MecobalActive® — methylcobalamin — a metabolically active form of vitamin B12. Compared to other forms of vitamin B12, methylcobalamin is better transported into cell organelles at the subcellular level. Cobalamin is an important substance, the deficiency of which leads to anemia, numbness of the extremities, fatigue, decreased immune system functions, increased risk of cardiovascular pathology and decreased cognitive functions. Methylcobalamin acts as an immunomodulator of cellular immunity, necessary for DNA synthesis during cell division, participates in the formation and maturation of erythrocytes and for the maintenance of frequently renewed cells of the body. From the side of the central nervous system, vitamin B12 is necessary for the synthesis of nuclear protein and myelin. Methylcobalamin normalizes axonal transport of protein complexes and axon regeneration. Promotes the myelination of neurons by stimulating the synthesis of phospholipids. Methylcobalamin normalizes energy metabolism, participates in the synthesis of nucleic acids, protein, amino acid, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Promotes the production of energy needed by body cells in the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates. Methylcobalamin is a coenzyme of methionine synthase - an enzyme that participates in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine in protein and DNA methylation reactions. Vitamin B12 is necessary to ensure better absorption of folic acid, it enhances and complements its action.
Quatrefolic® methylfolate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) is a 4th generation folic acid, a metabolically active form that does not require additional transformations in the body. It plays an important role in the metabolism of amino acids, the synthesis of protein and nucleic acids (primarily in the production of DNA and RNA) and chromosome repair. Folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) is involved in the process of cell division, is necessary for the growth and development of the hematopoietic and immune systems. Folic acid deficiency leads to an increase in homocysteine levels (hyperhomocysteinemia). Hyperhomocysteinemia is considered a leading factor in the development of atherosclerosis. High concentrations of homocysteine harmfully affect the walls of blood vessels. In places of significant damage, favorable conditions arise for the formation of cholesterol plaques, which can lead to the formation of blood clots, which over time can completely block the lumen of the blood vessel. Elevated homocysteine levels are one of the major causes of impaired female reproductive function. This condition often leads to infertility, miscarriage, and the birth of children with central nervous system abnormalities.
Method of administration and recommended daily dose
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day for adults. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water or juice and consume during or after meals.
The duration of use is determined by the doctor individually.
Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Hepastrong Amino Forte should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
