The main function of L-carnitine is to transport fats to the cellular "energy factory" - mitochondria, where they are converted into the energy needed by the body, and then to provide a preservative effect on proteins (by preventing the use of amino acids for energy needs).

L-carnitine is necessary to maintain optimal physiological state and normal muscle functioning (the content of L-carnitine in muscle tissue is 20-50 mg/kg), it participates in the processes of energy supply of muscle tissue, in particular the heart muscle.

Individual intolerance to the components of the drug.

Dosage and methods of administration

The drug is taken two capsules three times a day with meals.

Athletes are recommended to take 500-1500 mg (5-6 capsules) of L-carnitine once before training.

The course of treatment is 1 month (a further course of treatment must be agreed with the doctor).

36 months from the date of manufacture.
