Composition
Contents in one tablet:
Active ingredients: alpha-lipoic acid – 300 mg (mg), acetyl L-carnitine – 250 mg (mg), zinc – 7.5 mg (mg), nervonic acid – 50 mg (mg), blueberry dry extract 2.5% – 50 mg (mg), vitamin B3 – 9 mg (mg), selenium – 25 mcg (mcg), vitamin B6 – 1 mg (mg), vitamin B12 – 1 mcg (mcg).
Full composition (per 1 tablet): alpha-lipoic acid, acetyl L-carnitine, zinc gluconate, nervonic acid, bilberry dry extract 2.5%; mixture of tablet shell ingredients: thickener - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464), anti-caking agent - talc, food grade shellac (E904), dye - titanium dioxide (E171); vitamin B3; selenomethionine; anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide (E551); vitamin B6; vitamin B12.
Recommendations for use
Laneira is a dietary supplement that can be used as an additional source of nutrients such as alpha-lipoic acid, acetyl L-carnitine, nervonic acid, blueberry extract, vitamin B3, zinc, vitamin B6, selenium, vitamin B12.
Alpha-lipoic acid, as a coenzyme of mitochondrial multienzyme complexes, participates in the oxidative carboxylation of pyruvic acid and α-keto acids. Helps reduce blood glucose levels and overcome insulin resistance. Participates in the regulation of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, stimulates cholesterol metabolism and improves endoneural blood flow. Increases the content of glutathione, which normalizes the function of nerves affected by the diabetic process, due to its antioxidant properties.
Acetyl L-carnitine is involved in the metabolism of fatty acids and carbohydrates, protects brain tissue from ischemia by providing the body with energy. It has antioxidant, membrane-stabilizing and neuroprotective effects. It has a neuroprotective effect, especially in relation to neurons and their organelles (mitochondria), modulates the activity of nerve growth factor, and also has a cholinomimetic effect due to its structural similarity to acetylcholine. It improves the processes of nerve cell regeneration in peripheral nerve lesions, including by stimulating the synthesis of phospholipids for building membranes.
Nervonic acid is a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid that participates in the formation of the myelin sheath in brain growth, development, and contributes to the improvement of cognitive functions. Nervonic acid participates in the synthesis of sphingolipid esters (such as ganglioside and cerebroside) and sphingomyelin.
Zinc participates in the conduction of nerve impulses, improves metabolism and the action of some vitamins, is a component of many metalloproteases, which is important in DNA synthesis; stabilizes the structure of insulin.
Blueberry dry extract (Vaccinium Myrtillus) provides antioxidant protection, improves peripheral and venous microcirculation, and helps normalize vascular tone.
Vitamins B3-B6-B12: B vitamins play a significant role as coenzymes in the nervous system. They are involved in energy production, amino acid metabolism, and the synthesis of neurotransmitters (dopamine, serotonin, gamma-aminobutyric acid, norepinephrine) and melatonin; they are required for the formation and repair of myelin, which is important for nerve regeneration after injury.
Selenium is a trace element with antioxidant properties and is part of proteins that participate in antioxidant protection against oxidative stress, which accompanies some neurological disorders.
The active components of Laneira help activate the body's own regenerative processes and improve the condition of the central and autonomic nervous systems in the following conditions:
neuropathies of various genesis, including alcoholic and diabetic;
radiculopathy with radicular syndrome;
peripheral neuropathic pain and neuralgia;
diabetes mellitus, and manifestations of metabolic disorders: metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, decreased glucose tolerance;
asthenia.
Reservation
During pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use. In rare cases, additional glycemic control is required because alpha-lipoic acid and acetyl L-carnitine enhance the effects of insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents.
Method of administration and doses
Adults take 1-2 tablets per day, during meals. Swallow the tablet with ½ glass of water. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use. The duration of use is determined individually.
Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
