Active ingredients: Passionflower herb dry extract (Passiflora insapata L., herba extractum) - 150 mg, L-glycine - 100 mg, L-methylfolate - 0.50 mg, magnesium L-threonate - 150 mg.

Excipients: filler microcrystalline cellulose, anti-ingredients magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Passionflower (passion flower) has a beneficial effect on increased neuroticism, impaired performance and sleep, in the pre- and menopausal period, and during abstinence.

L-glycine improves brain metabolism, normalizes and activates the process of protective inhibition in the central nervous system, reduces psychoemotional stress and increases mental performance, improves memory, sleep, cognitive functions and mood, reduces the course of depression, reduces the toxic effects of alcohol. L-glycine improves the absorption of iron and calcium.

L-methylfolate is a natural biologically active form of folic acid that is easily absorbed by the body. It participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters (serotonin, noradrenaline, and dopamine) and the most important enzymatic reactions in the body, has antidepressant properties, is necessary for the cardiovascular and nervous systems, as well as proper cell division.

Magnesium L-threonate provides the brain with sufficient magnesium, penetrates the blood-brain barrier BBB and cell membranes, has a positive effect on cognitive brain functions, memory and learning ability, improves sleep. Helps reduce anxiety, intracranial and arterial pressure, improves immune and cardiovascular function.
